# External Deposit Packet - PURSUE Release 01 Open Index v1

Package date: 2026-05-26

Purpose: owner-ready packet for a public repository, DOI service, Internet Archive item, OSF/Figshare/Zenodo deposit, or equivalent stable external citation surface.

## Public Claim Boundary

The package proves local file identity and public source-control state only; it does not validate UAP observations or certify native sensor media.

## Deposit Instructions

1. Upload the files listed in `deposit-file-list.csv`.
2. Use `zenodo-metadata.json` or `internet-archive-metadata.json` as the starting metadata record.
3. Fill any account-specific required fields before publishing.
4. After the public identifier or archive URL exists, update the VRAI citation page and dataset JSON-LD with that external URL.
